All prospective tenants are screened through our standardised process.

We need to do a credit and affordability check before any person is allowed to move into Protea Glen Manor. This is to protect you and protect us.
​
The following is payable as soon as you are approved to become a resident at Protea Glen Manor:
Admin and Contract Fees

The rent for the first month you are moving in.

· Lease Agreement for 12 months.
· Monthly Rental: R 4,790 p.m.
· Water: As per consumption [on average R100 p.m., but depends on your personal usage]
· Electricity: Prepaid
· You will have to pay the following before moving in:
o Deposit: R 5,900.00
o Month in advance Rent: R 4,790.00
o Admin Fee: R 200.00 (Admin fee waived)
o Contract Fee: R650.00
o Total: R 11,340.00
